“Offering a personal and professional approach to osteopathy”
I am a Ham-based osteopath treating babies, children and adults. Osteopathy is a holistic approach to help the body return to optimum health. Osteopaths treat the person not the condition. All areas of symptoms are taken into account, and the structural imbalances that are preventing the body’s return to a state of physical balance are addressed. Patients often report improvement in many areas of their health.
What Is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of manual medicine that combines various treatment modalities such as massage, mobilization and visceral techniques as well as a more discreet form of hands-on technique, cranial osteopathy. I am trained in all of the above, as well as acupuncture, exercise prescription and dietary management.
